Yin Yang – Pendant

A striking pendant made from black walnut and a maple wood veneer. The dark wood of the Black walnut has a rougher texture in stark contrast to the soft shiny bright white of the maple. This design compliment the traditional meaning of the Yin Yang symbol. The design represents the dualism in ancient Chinese philosophy, the balance between opposing forces that complement each other and are interconnected or interdependent with the natural world as they interact with one another.
